How long are the sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes long. If you are using insurance, you cannot exceed one 55 minute session per day. However, we can do multiple sessions in a week if it is appropriate and needed. If you are private pay, however, you may have longer sessions if need be.
How much does therapy cost?

If you are utilizing your insurance, you may reach out to your specific insurance company and inquire about your out-of-pocket cost for mental health therapy. If you are paying the cash rate, an individual therapy session is $125/session. We do offer sliding scale fees, so if you cannot afford therapy, please reach out to us and we will do our best to meet you where you are!

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, UMR, United Healthcare, and certain Medicare plans. For more information regarding specific plans, or to see if we accept your plan, please use the contact form to reach out to us!

What services do you provide?
At this time, we offer individual therapy sessions to adults 18 and up, as well as EMDR therapy. For more information on EMDR, please see our EMDR page. As of October 2024, we are also pleased to announce the addition of a Women's Group. Please see the group therapy page for more information.

What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a modality of therapy which was designed to alleviate the stress caused by traumatic experiences. The goal of EMDR is to achieve the most profound treatment results possible in the shortest amount of time. EMDR therapy is used to help individuals learn from negative experiences of the past, desensitize present triggers, and create a balanced system.
